Mike De Mario aka The Underground Assassin was born on May 29th 1986 in Parsippany, New Jersey. He always had a huge passion for music ever since he was young. He dreamed of being the man on stage with the microphone.

He grew up listening to all kinds of music from Hip Hop to Heavy Metal, Alternative Rock to R&B, and Techno all the way to Jazz.

In Middle School a friend of Mike's introduced him to Big L and from there on out his passion for Hip Hop grew greatly. He was growing up listening to Method Man and the rest of Wu Tang Clan, Lost Boyz, Jadakiss, Styles P, Sheek Louch, Notorious B.I.G., Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Tupac and so many others.

In 2004 The Underground Assassin graduated High School and a year later made a very sudden move to Sarasota, Florida with his immediate family. When it came time to pick a career field he couldn't think of anything else besides something in the music industry. Therefore, once he was settled in he decided to go to Full Sail Real World Education in Orlando, Florida where he achieved his degree for Recording Arts(Music Engineer).

While there he met a fellow underground emcee named Trev1 aka Trevor Doyle. Trev1 introduced him to the Underground Hip Hop Scene, artists like Living Legends, Army of the Pharaohs, Atmosphere, Aesop Rock, Apathy, Jedi Mind Tricks, Royce da 5'9', Heiroglyphics, Swollen Members and many many more. From there on out all The Underground Assassin listened to was Raw, Uncut, Lyrical - Underground Hip Hop because the Main Stream Hip Hop was making a drastic change for the worst. While at school he practiced his freestyle game and really started disecting Hip Hop as a whole.

Mike De Mario always doubted his writing until a tragic moment in his life changed everything. A very good friend of his was murdered when a group of men ransacked his house to rob him and decided to shoot him on the front porch where he was then killed. A month or so after that happened Mike dedicated a song to Sam called ''Wont Ever See You Again'' - Which was the 1st song Mike had ever written. As tragic as it was, a great thing also came out of it - His Music Career. After the death of Sam and after he wrote ''Wont Ever See You Again'' Mike knew he was meant for the stage and finally had faith in his writing abilities.

That was about 3 years ago and since then The Underground Assassin has been working non stop on his music. He later started a Hip Hop Group called ''Movement of Destiny'' with fellow underground emcee : C-Squared aka Chris Chall. Also, working with a group called, Realist Livin (Breezy, Treezy, & Kareem) and 2 amazing Christian Emcees: Ariel Osys and Verbal. Now The Underground Assassin is working on his 1st solo Mixtape called ''No Fabrications'' which will be released this Summer. There will be 18 brand new tracks on this album and he is currently in the recording process of it all. This Mixtape will be distributed world-wide and will also be sent to Major/Independent record labels.

Once No Fabrications gets released The Underground Assassin will start working on his Debut Album ''Diagnosis Ill'' which will feature guest appearances from Doap Nixon (Army of The Pharaohs), Planetary (Outerspace/A.O.T.P.), Demoz (A.O.T.P.) and Block Mcloud (Brooklyn Academy/A.O.T.P.).

Within the next month or two The Underground Assassin will be featured on a compilation album called ''D.N.A. Volume 1'' put out by Disturbia Music Group which is Co-Owned by Block Mcloud. This album is a project that Block Mcloud started and is said to be released May or June of this year. This album will have artist's from his label, Disturbia Music Group and up and coming artists as well that were scouted by Block personally. Block Mcloud, Outerspace, and Jus Allah from Jedi Mind Tricks are just a few that are said to be featured on this project. This compilation contains all original production and it will definitely blow peoples minds once they hear it. " DNA Volume " 1 will be in stores world-wide.

As you can see The Underground Assassin has been very busy working on different projects in an attempt to make a name for himself in the Hip Hop Industry. Going full throttle nothing will come in his way.

Motivated to the core he is getting better every day while these main stream suckers get worse. Hip Hop needs some new talent and some new styles and The Underground Assassin is here to break all barriers.
