Born and raised in the 7 Cities (Hampton Roads, Virginia,) This multi-talented emcee is no stranger to paying dues.

Raised on soul and gospel music, and born into a family of musicians; ranging from piano players to opera singers, Nemesis was immersed in music his whole life until finally discovering hip-hop at the age of ten.

It wasn't long after that he would gain a reputation as being the "Nemesis" of any emcee who dared to take the challenge. His aggressive, yet eclectic and articulate flow is a product of the various rap-styles, and other musical genres by which he was directly influenced.

For Nemesis, every sixteen spit is done so with passion and purpose; choosing substance over shine-factor, and rhyming to move the crowd over moving units. Having spent years on the grind learning the business and perfecting his craft, he now stands poised and ready to strong-arm the Hip Hop community.

Nemesis is currently an IPROMISE MUSIC label affiliate, which is the brainchild of DuckDown Recording artist "Promise".
