Apathy the CatastrophyOne of the many gems of the underground, Apathy's first official appearance was made on Jedi Mind Tricks " The Psyco Social " LP in 1996.
It would be 10 years after that that he would finally release his debut album " Eastern Philosophy " with Babygrande records.There was a time when he was signed to Atlantic records but after many years of being side stepped and neglected he had to take his skills elsewhere.
He and Celph Titled frequently collaborate together and havn't allowed the nature of the business to come in between that. Back when he was getting signed to Atlantic they had to make that decision to split. Apparently Atlantic didn't like them together and only wanted Ap. 
Celph Titled was cool with it though and Ap was able to work him into the deal by getting him some guest appeareances on the album that would never end up being released under Atlantic Records.
From what I understand, many of the songs he wrote for Atlantic ended up being released on his mixtapes " Its the Bootleg Mothafucka Vol. 1 " and " Where's your Album?!!".His most recent work released is " Wanna Snuggle? " , just released on October 6, 2009. Return to Artists from Apathy |
