Abstract Rude that Dude that Moves the Mood

Starting in 1994, Abstract Rude has put in that work.

With a release list as long as some rappers wrap sheets, he has touched on a diverse range of subjects and delivered a multitude of perspectives.

Born as Aaron Pointer in LA, California, he has taken a role in several groups during his career.

At first he was a part of Project Blowed that consisted of Freestyle Fellowship and Aceyalone. Then Ab Rude and Aceyalone formed a duo that they called the A-Team. The A-Team then added Myka 9 to form a new group going by Haiku D'Etat.

Rude also had a group he was a part of where he was the front man of the group. It was called Abstract Tribe Unique which consisted of himself and two interpretive dancers. Most currently he is releasing tracks under Rhymesayers Entertainment and is overdue for some much deserved recognition.

He is featured on BK-Ones Radio de Cannibal, which is an album which was musically inspired by the sounds of music found in Brazil. Be sure to take a listen and a look at some of his many songs, albums, and videos.
